Richmond Preschool has lovely facilities, the playground and classrooms are inviting, there is always so much to explore and activities that cater to all interests. The communication is amazing and our children’s individual needs have always been given attention and care.
The Preschools philosophy towards learning is exceptional and the educators are so dedicated in the way they nurture the children and design activities and experiences to foster their learning.

There is no better preschool than Richmond Preschool! Both of my children were lucky enough to get places here and they loved it. The teachers are all so nurturing and lovely which was really important for me as a parent. It’s such a warm and friendly environment. I have two boys that attend Richmond Preschool. I feel extremely blessed to have found such a wonderful preschool with incredible nurturing staff. The educators always meet each child’s needs and take special interest in their likes and dislikes. My children have become very social and have created strong friendships. The children are offered so many different learning opportunities and activities to experience in a supportive learning environment. I couldn’t recommend Richmond Preschool highly enough.
Having spent ten years with my four children attending at RPS, I can honestly say it is the best place for any child to learn. The variety of activities, learning through play, routine establishing and the absolute care from the passionate teachers are some of the outstanding results achieved at RPS. And all the kids love the big tree!
As a mother I was very excited when I received the call to say my child was accepted into Richmond Preschool back in 2018. Their reputation was the best in the area. I have now sent 2 of my 4 children there, my 3rd currently attends, with the 4th to follow shortly.
I have found that my children have been better emotionally prepared for primary school thanks to the structure, routine, lunches, school hours and holidays that preschool provides. Learning through play has motivated them to want to read and become enthusiastic learners. The educators promote self-help and independence, while nurturing and developing interests.
My kids always come home saying that they have had a wonderful day, and are proud to show their drawings, paintings and creations. Some of their favourite memories of preschool are the climbing tree, sandpit, playdough and box creations – especially the sticky tape.
Excursions to the library and nursing home, and incursions like the wildlife man, obstathon and sing-along are always loved.
During COVID Preschool were adaptable to change and did everything they could to support families and keep children that were still attending safe and healthy.
I’m very happy with Richmond Preschool and would highly recommend them to anyone preparing to send their child to school.
